Registration is quick and easy. Either complete our online registration form or call our support team on 020 3458 5100 who will be happy to take your details and answer any questions you may have.

Opening times
Whether you are registered with us or not, you will be able to walk-in any time between 8:00am and 8:00pm and receive same day medical care, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

By Road
From the South: follow the A217 towards Mitcham, turn right at the A239/Cricket Green. Continue to follow A239 onto Cranmer Road, The Wilson entrance is on your right. There is a large free car park at the Health Centre. In the event of the car park being full, there is parking space in the lane across the green opposite the Hospital or in Caesar's Walk, adjacent to the site.
By Rail
Mitcham Junction Rail station and Tramlink is about 7 minutes walk from the Health Centre. It is served by trains direct to/from London Victoria, Sutton and Epsom. The Croydon Tramlink joins East Croydon, West Croydon and Wimbledon stations and stops at Mitcham Junction and Mitcham.
By Bus
The 127 passes the The Wilson site (Health Centre & Hospital) and bus stops are directly outside the entrance.
