Services

Services

Pre-booked appointments

Appointments are available every day, including Saturday and Sundays and all Bank Holidays. You can call us or pop in to arrange an appointment with a doctor or nurse.

Walk-in service

You can just walk in and wait to be seen. You don't need to be registered, or even live in the area. We provide healthcare services to everyone.

Telephone consultations

Many problems can be sorted out over the telephone without face-to-face contact with a doctor. Advice can be given and prescriptions issued, if appropriate. This saves valuable time for both you and your doctor. If you would like to speak to a doctor regarding a non-urgent issue, please request a telephone consultation. If an appointment is not available, requests for any urgent consultations will be passed onto the duty doctor. The doctor will call you back to discuss any problems you may have and offer advice. This may lead to a same-day consultation or a normal appointment as appropriate.

Out-of-hours service

If you require urgent medical advice from a doctor after the surgery has closed, please call 0845 603 1087. If you require urgent immediate medical attention please call 999 for an ambulance.

You can also get health advice by contacting NHS Direct on 0845 46 47.

Home visits

Call us on: 020 3458 5100

Please make your request for a home visit before 10.30 am if possible. Most problems are best dealt with at the surgery if possible as all the necessary staff and equipment are based there. However we are always pleased to see our patients at home if they are too unwell to visit the surgery or housebound by chronic disease. Please do let the receptionist know what the problem may be in order to enable him or her to alert the doctor to the urgency of your call. A doctor may call you back to discuss where it is best to see you.

Cancelling appointments

Please ensure that you cancel any appointment that you no longer require so that we can offer this to another patient.

Patients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments will be asked to register with another practice.
