Registration is quick and easy. Either complete our online registration form or call our support team on 020 3458 5100 who will be happy to take your details and answer any questions you may have.
Why should I register at the GP surgery in Mitcham when I can just walk in when I like?
You don’t have to register with us to receive care, but there are many advantages by doing so.
Continuity of care
Registering gives us access to your medical records. We will then be able to provide more proactive care by contacting you regarding children's immunizations, travel vaccinations, smear test, and specific services and reminders relevant you and your family’s health.
Get to know each other
Every new patient has a full new patient healthcheck, which is an excellent way to develop a relationship with our doctors and nurses.
Referrals to hospital and other local care, diagnostics
As a registered patient we can refer you to hospital services, where appropriate. We can also refer you to other local NHS services and arrange for any tests that may need to be administered.
Wider choice of appointments available
Registered patients have the ability to pre-book their appointments so they can see a clinician when it is convenient to them. You can still use the walk-in service, but waiting time will be dependent on demand.
