Registration is quick and easy. Either complete our online registration form or call our support team on 020 3458 5100 who will be happy to take your details and answer any questions you may have.
Who can use the Health Centre?
You don't have to register to use the service. Anyone can use the walk-in service in the Health Centre in Mitcham, no matter where they live and whether they are registered or not. The healthcare provided is available to everyone and the walk-in facility means you can see a doctor when you need to, between 8.00am and 8.00pm, 7 days a week. To register with the GP surgery you have to live in either the Sutton or Merton borough, the boundaries of which are indicated on the map below.
